Smiling Mind is a not-for-profit initiative that provides six free 

Mindfulness Meditation Programs including:

In recent years, Mindfulness Meditation has surged in popularity for use in the treatment of stress, resilience, anxiety, depression and other physical and mental illnesses. Ways to Deal With Stress​
  • Regular Exercise
